The event will include an opportunity to view the proposals before a meeting, led by Nadhim Zahawi MP and attended by the Councillors and Officers responsible for highways, discusses them.
Commenting on the next summit Nadhim Zahawi MP said: “I am determined that we sort out Stratford’s traffic problems and this is the next step in the journey to do so. Since the last meeting the County Council have gone away and looked at some of the suggestions raised, as well as their own data and modelling. This meeting will be a chance for people to see the data for themselves, learn about the impacts of particular proposals and to provide their feedback and new ideas."
